Kristy (she/her) approaches teaching yoga with self-exploration and a curious approach that encourages each student to follow their own intuition.  She encourages students through body positivity and tapping into the inner knowing and loving your present self.   She engages with students through a trauma informed lens.   

Kristy completed her 200 hour certificate with Heido Sormaz at Fresh Yoga Studio.   

She teaches a variety of classes that support building strength and stability in mind and body through flow classes sequenced with weights, bands and sliders.   Kristy is inspired by Forrest Yoga, intentionally sequenced flow and Xen Yoga incorporating weights, sliders and bands.    Kristy began her yoga journey 22 years ago working with youth in an outdoor therapeutic program, connecting students with their bodies and nature.   Since, she has incorporated yoga for healing the mind, body and spirit.  Kristy's favorite poses include bridge, dolphin, forearm balances and incorporating weights.
