The Air We Breathe

We have gone to GREAT lengths to ensure the air you breathe at Auke Bay Yoga is the cleanest, freshest and healthiest available. Our HVAC system and infrared heat panels control the heat, humidity, and air quality throughout the yoga studio.  Some of our classes will be heated up to 85 degrees. 

 

Why Infrared Heat?

Many of our classes are warmed to 85 degrees via Infrared lights. This deep penetrating heat warms you, not only the surrounding area like a space heater would.
