Why do you teach yoga?
My own yoga practice has helped me get out of my head and into my body. As someone who struggles with chronic illness and pain, I have found comfort and relief on my yoga mat. Practicing allows me to feel a sense of body neutrality and even acceptance that is often difficult to find throughout the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I want to give students a chance to have this in their own lives.
How do you want students to feel after class?
Relaxed, confident, and proud of what they've accomplished in class.
