Service Description

A combination class that balances Vinyasa flow with slow, deep stretches offering an experience of how dynamic movement can support rest and contemplative practice. This class begins with a flow that climbs like a ladder and dips into attention to the inner channels of the body through classic “yin” style postures and deep rest.
