Service Description

A sustainable, accessible, trauma-informed therapeutic movement experience that includes valuable warming for joints and muscles preparing the body for an intelligent, engaging sequence of strength and stretch before an offering of guided relaxation and rest. All guidance is invitational. Expect to be appropriately challenged with plenty of modifications suggested and an array of evidence-based skills like mindfulness-based stress reduction, breath techniques and cognitive skills to soothe and ease the mind while strengthening and regulating the body. All bodies welcome!
