Service Description

Infuse autumn with s p a c i o u s n e s s and deeeeeeep, regenerative rest. This fall, join 500+hr E-YT Bailey Williams for a deep dive into the mystery, the moon-life, the Goddess-side, the quiet + stillness of yin. Yin is more than "yin yoga": it is a guiding (and understudied) precept throughout yoga. To practice yin is to welcome more calm, quiet, peace, and softness into your world, on and off the mat. We'll meet in-person one weekend each in October, November, and December. More than just weekend workshops, however, Art of Yin will provide structure for regenerative self-study all three months. You'll have self-directed homework and access to yin yoga classes throughout the fall. October: Philosophy of Yin. Experiential practice, writing, guided meditation, November: Anatomy of Yin. Physiology and western + subtle body anatomy models to explore the magic. December: Art of Yin. 10 hours of yin, pretty much ;) We'll explore the quiet but inexorable physical, energetic, and subtle body influence of each posture. Questions? Want to join one weekend only? Reallllllly want to be there and can't make it work money-wise? Limited scholarships are available. For any of the above, contact Bailey directly at bailey@aukebayyoga.com.
