This series is for anyone who would like to learn how to self assess their hip posture. We will work toward lengthening and strengthening, releasing and restoring our pelvis to be more balanced. Our ultimate goal is to walk more gracefully through a durability asana specific to our hips. We are the students and explorers of our bodies, so this series will help us to be more informed and to make a plan for sustained hip health. Elizabeth is working towards her 500 hr YT certification through Yoga Medicine under the tutelage of Tiffany Cruickshank. This certification will make Elizabeth a Yoga Therapist.
