Service Description

This 75-minute in-person one-on-one session is designed for folks returning to their in-person yoga practice after social distancing or those ready to start a yoga practice for the first time. Your teacher will guide you through an exploration of breath, movement, and tension-release practices to help you downregulate your nervous system & ease pain. Investment: $147 You Will Get: - Modifications for basic yoga moves, called asanas in sanskrit, (like Downward Facing Dog or Warrior poses) specific to your body’s injuries or quirks, so you can practice yoga safely and comfortably. - 2-3 breath practices called pranayama in sanskrit, you can use anytime to reduce stress and feel calmer and more grounded. - Tension-release techniques to support comfort and ease based on your unique tension patterns and tight spots. - Customized recommendations for a weekly yoga practice that suits your budget, time constraints and health goals
