New class alert! Join me on Monday mornings from 6:30 to 7:30 to prioritize devotion to the practice as we welcome the sun back to Lingít Aaní. Sometimes I find it challenging to head indoors and maintain yoga consistency during the longer and warmer days of summer. My intention for this class is to offer an earlier time to gather and continue our collective practice while setting a spiritual tone to the week. Expect guidance for a short meditation followed by a strong vinyasa-style flow. Even with this new class time, I'd still love to see any and all impromptu yoga moments on the paddleboard or on top of a ridge line! ~Jess
