Service Description

Ecstatic Dance is a time to connect to your body and spirit through movement and musical. The dance starts with a gentle warm up, moves into a faster rhythm, and then grounds in a cool down and closing circle all while held in a safe container. No previous dance experience is necessary! This dance is for all bodies and levels of mobility. BIPOC and LGBTQ2S community members are warmly welcomed.
