A certified Yoga Therapist, Somatic Coach and 500 hr Yoga Teacher, Lisa’s retreats feature two movement, meditation and mindfulness practices per day and optional evening experiences to assist sleep (including yoga nidra, pressure point massage and healing touch) Sessions offer a variety of therapeutic practices intended to enhance the experience of restoring and rewilding.

What's the cost? 

$2,000 (Five days, four nights) Cabin or Lodge

First Payment $500 non-refundable deposit

Gull Cove is remote -- really remote. This cost reflects the realities of providing for folks. 

​

What's included? 

  • Therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, meditation twice a day

  • Lodging in shared seaside cabins or whale house private rooms

  • All farm/ocean to table fresh meals from private chef

  • Private experience guides

  • Guided exploration of the land and water including optional lessons on fish and shrimp harvesting and preparation

  • Seaside Yellow Cedar Sauna

  • An outdoor bouy swing experience for your inner child

  • Nature walks in the muskeg that can include a mud bath ritual in the muskeg pond

  • An optional edible hike foraging experience

  • Swimming with the lily pads in a remote Alaskan Alpine lake

  • Kayaking

  • Paddle Boarding

  • Cold plunge 

  • Learn about the lodge’s hydroelectric green energy process including a hike to their river water source

  • Home made sea kelp face mask spa day

 

This is an all-inclusive experience with the private use of the lodge. ​

What's not included?

  • Airfare (A shared chartered flight from Juneau, payment due at departure with Ward Air)

  • Optional $200 excursion to White Sulfur hot springs 

  • Optional $100 for halibut fishing

This is Alaska, and add-on excursions are subject to weather. For this reason, you will not be charged in advance. 

​

What are the sleeping arrangements and amenities?

You will share a room with other guests in seaside cabins, Puffin, Marten, and Halibut or private rooms in the Whale house. Cabins have private bathrooms with shower and toilet, in-floor heating, and private front porches. They are connected by boardwalk. 

​

Whale house private rooms have queen beds and are located where indoor yoga practices and dining will be taking place.
