Claire is inspired by her background as a RN, drawing focus to restorative practices that are vital for caregivers, empaths and individuals experiencing burnout.

 

She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training (YTT) with Heidi Sormaz of Fresh Yoga, based in New Haven, Connecticut. Claire’s teaching style is rooted in Hatha and Forrest yoga practices. Her classes welcome anyone with a beginning understanding of yoga. You can expect a thoughtful asana practice that uses intentional breath work to promote resilience and healing.

 

Forever a student to practices that nourish and harmonize balance, yoga continues to connect her with purposeful intention and truth in all her endeavors. She is delighted to share the fluency of creative, healing yoga.
