Casie comes to yoga with a background in dance and massage and has taught all over the world for more than 10 years. She weaves creative choreography, playful flows, and slow moments to connect with your body into every yoga class. She loves breaking down poses to their foundations and empowering students to find their own way into movement. As a yoga teacher, her aim is to create space for students of all abilities to explore what brings them joy, freedom, and strength — in both their practice and their lives.
When she’s not teaching yoga, you can find Casie covered in paint in the midst of an art project, whipping up something creative in the kitchen (usually sans recipe), or outside rock climbing, backpacking, snowboarding, or surfing!
